We had some fun playing in the yard on Friday evening and the kiddos loved playing with Jack & Eliza in their playroom for a bit before bedtime. We grilled out burgers with Jenni & Jay and had a great evening!
On Saturday morning we did a family workday at the school and worked for about 3 hours. It looked so much better than when we got there, so we were glad we showed up and helped. The kids LOVED wandering back and forth from the playground to the front area where we were. They ate about a million doughnut holes and had 2 or 3 juice boxes each!
We headed up to The Rabun’s house for an evening of a lot of fun and catching up with great friends! They have a great backyard and loved Riley & Ryan were so excited to play with Candler and Palmer. They really interacted and played many games of chase. They loved the watermelon they had with dinner and asked for 2nd’s…several times. We were thrilled with how well they all played together and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together with Joy and John. We so wish we live closer together, but we made a commitment to get together again much sooner!
